For instant payment methods like Credit Card or PayPal, the delivery information will be sent via email, usually within a few minutes after completion of an order. For payment methods such as Bank Transfer, check, or PayPal eCheck, the delivery will be made after the payment is confirmed (usually 2 to 3 business days).

If you have not received the licensing information email within 20 minutes after the purchase, please check your email’s Junk (Spam) section: your spam filters might block the emails with the product key(s).

Sometimes the order may not pass the automatic fraud check system. In that case, the delivery can be delayed up to 12 hours (depending on your time zone) to process the order manually. If you haven’t received the product key during this period, please contact our Support Team.

If you experience technical or other problems that cannot be solved, you can get a complete refund of your purchase price within 30 days after the purchase.

To place a refund, return, or exchange request for the order, contact us via email at , and provide us with the order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and generally notify you via email of the results within two business days.

Any physical media (e.g., CD or DVD) shipped to you after the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
